At Mr. Luggage, we believe that great travel starts with great bags — ones you can trust. That’s why every product you purchase from us comes with peace of mind and dependable support.


Warranty Coverage

All Mr. Luggage products are covered for manufacturing defects under standard usage.

This includes:

  • Defective wheels, zippers, handles, and stitching due to poor workmanship or material flaws.

  • Faults that occur during regular usage (not due to external damage).

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from usage (scratches, scuffs, or minor dents).

  • Damage due to airline handling or misuse.

  • Water damage, excessive weight pressure, or cosmetic damage not affecting usability.


🔧 Paid Repairs & Spare Part Replacements

If your luggage has experienced wear & tear or mishandling damage (e.g. broken wheels, handles, or zippers), we offer affordable repair services — subject to spare part availability.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Contact Us:
    Send a photo of the damaged area along with your purchase proof via WhatsApp or email.

  2. We’ll Check & Confirm:
    Our support team will assess and confirm availability of the required parts.

  3. Drop-off or Ship to Us:

    • You may ship the bag to our store at your expense,

    • Or drop it off at our store at Deira One Mall.
      (Pickup & return services are not included.)

  4. Repair Timeline:
    Once the part is available and received, repairs will be completed within 7 working days.

  5. Return Options:

    • Pick up your repaired item from the store, or

    • We can ship it back to you (shipping charges apply).
